I purchased this eText Access Card and when I tried to use it an error message appeared I figured something was wrong with the Pearson's system so I used the temporary login that Pearson provides for students Now the temporary access is over and the access code provided by the seller still doesn't work at all It keeps showing error code 84 I paid over 100 for an access code that doesn't work and Pearson won't replace it with a new working access code because it wasn't purchased from the University I never write bad reviews but this just isn't righ

Ordered a New eText with Access Card but the code did not work Spoke with technical support who concluded that the code had already been redeemed This is crap DO NOT trust eText option for buying textbooks It's apparently a sham that has not figured out how to stop it The return instructions are also iffy I was instructed via email that all I needed to do was drop products off a any Kohl's to return but when my wife went to return the items Kohl's asked for a return label This has been a horrible experience and now I may be out of a couple hundred dollars after buying two of the same eText access codes because I wasn't able to return the items due to what is apparently poor communication and coordination Lesson Learned that I hope you will avoid

Pearson is awful Use Firefox with Windows 10 and disable Grammarly if you have it It is super picky about how you do stuff but they give enough do overs to figure things out Just don't expect to learn anything It is a go through the motions course for credits

I need this because it's reuired for a class I'm taking but the software is just horrible If you don't do anything exactly the way it wants you to do it it docks you I hate online classes in general but this one takes the cake The program is just plain frustrating to use If you already know how to use these programs you would be much better off attempting to test out of this program if possible Credits aren't worth the hassle you have to go through with this

One Pearson access card is not the same as the other You need to make sure the ISBN from your instructor matches what is selling If you have your course ID and ISBN from you can get with Pearson support to make sure they are go together
